Josh reed
Head Coach • Varsity

Josh Reed joined the Concord-Carlisle football staff in 2013 and became Head Coach of the Patriots in March 2020. He grew up in York, ME, played football for the York High School Wildcats, and began his coaching career there in 2004. Coach Reed is a teacher with the Health and Fitness Department at CCHS and coaches Unified Track in the spring. He and his wife, Jessica, live in Concord with their sons, Owen and Luke.

Since 1992, Tom Dalicandro has been coaching CCHS Football and teaching at Concord Middle School. Coach D was the head coach of the varsity boys lacrosse team from 2001 to 2024, winning State Championship titles in 2012 & 2021. Coach D teaches Physical Education and is married to Aletha. They have three children—Liz, Abbie, and Matt—who are all graduates of CCHS.
Nick Pileeki
Offensive Coordinator • Varsity

Nick Pileeki joins CCHS as offensive coordinator after 17 years coaching at his alma mater, Maynard High School. He most recently served as head coach and offensive coordinator for the Maynard-AMSA Tigers, and has experience as a defensive coordinator along with coaching basketball and baseball. A Bryant University graduate, Nick now teaches special education at Maynard High and lives in Clinton with his wife, Emily, and their three daughters, Madison, Kennedy, and Eleanor.

Coach Robbins is the Director of Campus Safety at CCHS. From 2019 to 2022, Coach Robbins was the head football coach at Worcester Technical High School, and also held positions at Westborough High School and West Boylston High School. Coach Robbins is married to his high school sweetheart, Michelle and they are the proud parents of Army Infantry Officer and Concord, MA police officer, Owen Robbins.

Coach Parrella joined CCHS staff in 2023, the same year he became a teacher in the Health and Fitness department. Prior to this, Coach Parrella coached youth football and middle school basketball. He is a graduate of Waltham High School and Merrimack College. In the spring of 2025, Coach Parrella and his wife welcomed their son, Mikel Parrella, to their family.
Chris Ryan

A Concord native and former football player at St. Lawrence, Coach Ryan joined the CC Football staff in 2024 with a wealth of experience playing and coaching. He is also the head coach and director of the CC Middle School Football program.
Chris skinner

Coach Skinner joined the staff in 2023. His previous experience includes playing football at Springfield College, and coaching Pop Warner. Coach Skinner is the METCO academic liaison at CCHS and previously worked at the Concord Middle School.

A CC Football alum, Coach Tobin joined the CCHS staff in 2021 after 24 years of coaching football at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. Coach Tobin was honored as a UMASS All-American, playing centerfield in baseball and wide receiver in football. He teaches U.S. history at ABRHS and he and his wife, Shannon, live in Stowe with their two daughters, Molly and Abigail.

Coach Maver joined the CCHS staff in 2017 after coaching football for 42 years at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. He graduated from Quincy High School and the University of Connecticut, where he was captain of the football team. Coach Maver is a 2015 inductee into the Massachusetts Football Coaches Hall of Fame. He is retired from being a physical education teacher and is married to Jean—together they have three children and five grandchildren.

Coach Maver joined the CCHS football program in 2017. For ten years, he was a varsity assistant coach at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. Before that, Coach Maver coached at Ayer Shirley Regional High School. He is currently a Physical Education teacher at Ayer Shirley Regional Middle School, where he also coaches basketball and baseball. Coach Maver lives in Hudson with his wife, Clare, and their children, Henry and Hannah.

Coach Richard joined the freshman coaching staff in 2020. He is a 2016 graduate of Ayer Shirley Regional High School and works in law enforcement.
David inferrera

Coach Inferrera became the program’s Game Day Specialist in 2016. Coach Inferrera is an icon throughout the Concord community, connecting with fans at Crosby's Market since 1991, sharing the latest team news and outlook for Friday night! He lives in Concord and is very active with the Minuteman Arc, especially as an outstanding player on their basketball team.
